Here's my solution to the multiple changes in aileron mounting brackets. The original version just had a bracket with a pivot hole for the bolt, then I believe the Panos clan devised the rod end bearing solution. Bracket layout has changed a few times, so I had a combination of parts. With the angled stub bracket, the weldment was too far away to allow proper aileron alignment...inside was an obstruction, so I discussed with the factory my idea of slotting the bracket putting the rod end bearing just where it needed to be.
